Sales Business Development Manager

INFINITE AS is a Norwegian startup developing lightweight vehicles for urban mobility and last-mile delivery. We are looking for a Marketing and Sales Manager to join our team, promote our products, build our brand, and drive sales of our innovative products.


Your tasks:

·      Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to establish and expand our dealership network within the electric bikes.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B & B2C sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.

  • Identify and target key accounts and potential customers within the transportation and delivery industry.

  • Contribute to producing all marketing and sales materials, including brochures, flyers, and website content.

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as production, to ensure that marketing and sales efforts are aligned with overall business goals.

  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform marketing strategy and tactics.

  • Manage and optimize online marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, and social media.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.

  • Negotiate and close deals with customers.

  • Analyze and report on sales performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results.


Your skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the transportation or green energy industry.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills.

  • Excellent Norwegian and English verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills.

  • Experience with online marketing and social media.
